1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Qualified Blue Leads ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Qualified Blue Leads provides lead generation services for home service professionals. Our services include exclusive territory-based leads, real-time lead delivery, and client dashboard access. We guarantee the quality of leads delivered according to the terms specified in your service agreement.

3. Exclusive Territories

Territory exclusivity is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a territory is claimed and a service agreement is in place, we guarantee that leads within that territory will only be delivered to the contracted party. Territory boundaries are defined by zip code and radius specifications agreed upon during signup.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the lead guarantee policy. Late payments may result in suspension of lead delivery services.

5. Lead Guarantee Policy

We guarantee that all leads meet our quality standards. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, you may submit a replacement request through your client dashboard within 48 hours of lead delivery. Approved replacement requests will result in a credit or replacement lead at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to respond to leads promptly and professionally. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information in your account. Misuse of lead information, including reselling or sharing leads with third parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qualified Blue Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, territory exclusivity will be released and may be offered to other clients.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
